1. Sage Bar & Grill Crawfish Boil

Sage Bar & Grill will hold a crawfish boil with music from Joe Brantley, Jared Hill and Matt Broach. The event will be held outside and it is recommended that guests bring chairs if they plan to sit in the parking lot.

2. Easter Egg Drop

April 9 | 10 a.m.
Buck Creek Park

Community Baptist Church is partnering with the Shelby Baptist Association to host an Easter Egg Drop at Buck Creek. There will be food trucks, games, door prizes and lots of fun as 10,000 eggs filled with all kinds of goodies will be dropped from a helicopter onto the soccer field.

3. Spring Wine Festival

April 9 | 11 a.m.-8 p.m.
Corbin Farms Winery

The annual Spring Wine Festival is officially planned and packed with loads of fun!! There will be local vendors, food trucks, live music, grape stomping, great food and wine from CFW, and some great gear to help kick off spring in the South! This is a come-and-go style event, so you’re able to enjoy the event when you’re able!

4. Mt Laurel Spring Festival

April 9 | 10 a.m.-3 p.m.

As the flowers bloom in the beautiful Town of Mt Laurel, the Mt Laurel Spring Festival returns, offering guests the opportunity to shop our vibrant street fair, savor dishes from the best local food trucks, and enjoy a day strolling the idyllic streets of one of Birmingham’s best neighborhoods.

5. Montevallo Arts Festival

April 16 | 10 a.m-5 p.m.
Orr Park

The Montevallo Arts Collaborative will hold its 15th annual Montevallo Arts Fest. Artists and artisans will line the park to display and sell their work ranging from fine arts to fine craft works. Everything from pottery to woodcrafts, printmaking to painting, and jewelry to glass will be available for purchase at this once-a-year Festival.

6. Dark Skies Bash

April 28 | 7-10 p.m.
Oak Mountain State Park

Learn how to save our dark skies, see what sneaks, calls and crawls at night on the trails of Oak Mountain State Park, and look through high powered telescopes to experience our universe in a fun and family friendly setting. Find more details here.
